Secured Loan - Form journey revamp
Objective was to enhance user engagement and streamlines the process. Users can easily navigate product details, check loan eligibility based on their assets, pledge securities, and access funds. Focus was on improving lead capture and usability.

Challenge: Revamping the loan application journey for mobile application and website to enhance conversion ratio and overall customer experience with digital sourcing channels.
Solution: Performed UX research, design, and testing for application form journey in order to derive an optimal user-centered solution.
